Log In with Your Credentials
Click Log In to CITI above and sign in using your University of Pittsburgh (HSConnect) username and password.

Complete Your Trainings
Select and complete the modules required for your research role. Please see Access and Complete Trainings Instructions.

Required courses depend on your research role and study type. Review the Office of Research Protections Research Training Hub for all research compliance training at the University of Pittsburgh.
Allow 24–48 hours for your record to sync to Pitt's systems (e.g., PRISM). If it hasn't appeared after 48 hours, contact citi_support@pitt.edu.
CITI uses your HSConnect credentials. Reset your password at my.pitt.edu or contact the Pitt IT Help Desk for assistance.
Most CITI certifications renew every 4 years, though there are exceptions. Your expiration date appears in your CITI dashboard, and you will receive reminder emails before it lapses.
